Want to be part of our team?
University Racing Eindhoven (URE) is the longest existing student team of the TU/e. We have been participating in Formula Student for over a decade, the world's largest engineering competition filled with top universities, and every year we design, build, test and race a new electric, and now autonomous, race car. Having just built the first autonomous race car of the Benelux, we are now focussing on building the URE14D/E, an autonomous race car, that can also be driven by a driver. What sets us apart is that we like challenges. We built the first electric race car of the Benelux, and now the first autonomous race car of the Benelux. This way, we keep challenging ourselves. To tackle more challenges, we are looking for more motivated students.

Over the years we have developed nearly all components ourselves and often in close cooperation with our partners, using new technologies. Some examples are:
  • CFRP Monocoque
  • CFRP Aerodynamic package
  • Battery package including battery management system
  • Inverter
  • Electric machines
  • Tires
  • Autonomous driving

The biggest challenge is that we are going autonomous this season, not only with the first autonomous race car of the Benelux, but also with the URE14D/E! Are you the motivated, curious and ambitious student we are looking for?
